The event which is to take place from 11am-3pm, is being organised jointly by Hartlepool Borough Council, Belle Vue Residents Association, the Belle Vue Centre, Endeavour Housing, Housing Hartlepool and Guinness Northern Trust.
And there will a topical theme to the day when an Olympic Torch made by local residents will put in a guest appearance!
Other attractions - many of them free - will include a magic show, a climbing wall, children's rides, face painting, a bouncy castle, Radio Hartlepool, craft stalls, Punch and Judy shows, pony rides and dog chipping.
Irene Cross, a Borough Council Neighbourhood Development Officer, said: "There will be lots of fun activities for the whole family and we would urge people to come along for what promises to be a really enjoyable day."
